Before launching her own executive and corporate coaching practice, Shayna served in a lead Talent role at a global professional services firm. She also helped build and grow the HR department at a thriving global legal start-up. Additionally, Shayna has served as an adjunct professor at both New York University and The George Washington University teaching and facilitating in both the undergraduate and masters programs. She’s certified in Executive and Leadership Coaching by The Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching, accredited by the International Coaching Federation, has written several articles and is regularly invited to speak as a guest on podcasts and panels. On a personal note, Shayna resides in Fairfax, VA and is married to a man who makes her laugh, keeps her grounded and puts up with her FOMO attitude about life. She has two kids who remind her that they’re in charge, who lovingly drag her to all their things and who enjoy day-long snack times. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with friends and family, dining out and hiking.
