She does this by helping people build out self-knowing, self-trust, self-belief, and self-love in order to raise their self-awareness and emotional intelligence. Her ability to intertwine passion, knowledge, humor, and deep empathy for people with a holistic coaching approach will encourage you to expand your mind and heart and draw out new ways of thinking & understanding yourself. ]Rachel is a certified coach and previously worked across multiple teams in investment banking at Morgan Stanley in New York and London before moving to Google where she built and led a team in Strategy and Operations while also consulting with Google Cloud on Culture & DEI. During her time at Google, she trained as a coach and started her business before resigning in August 2021 to run it full time. She graduated from Lehigh University and in her free time, she can be found running, practicing yoga, traveling, studying human design, learning Danish and dancing at live music shows.
