I started Spring Health because I saw a fundamental gap in mental healthcare—people were struggling to navigate a system that was complex, fragmented, and often ineffective. I believed there was a better way: a precision-driven approach that could match individuals to the right care at the right time. Spring Health was built to bring scientific rigor, innovation, and real outcomes to mental health, ensuring that no one has to suffer in silence or struggle to find the care they need.
I’m most excited about the opportunity to make mental healthcare truly comprehensive and personalized. At Spring Health, we’re pioneering ways to connect all stakeholders—providers, employers, and members—with data-driven insights that improve access, outcomes, and efficiency. I also see a massive opportunity in integrating mental health with physical health and specialty care, ensuring that people get the right support across every stage of their journey.
One of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that building a great company requires both conviction and adaptability. You need to have a strong vision, but you also need to be willing to evolve, listen to feedback, and continuously improve. Scaling a company also requires assembling an exceptional team—hiring people who are not just brilliant but deeply mission-driven. Finally, resilience is everything. There are always challenges, but how you navigate them determines your success.
I knew that transforming mental healthcare was going to be an ambitious undertaking, and having a co-founder meant having a thought partner and ally to help navigate the ups and downs of building something from the ground up. Having complementary strengths, being able to challenge each other in a productive way, and sharing the weight of leadership were all key factors in why I chose to start Spring Health with a co-founder.
It’s no secret, but my driving force has always been an obsession with impact. I wake up every day thinking about how we can make mental healthcare better, how we can serve our members and customers more effectively, and how we can continue to push the boundaries of what’s possible. I also believe in leading with transparency and setting an extremely high bar—both for myself and for the team.
There are so many inspirational female founders that I admire and look up to. Off the top, I’d have to say Sara Blakely of SPANX, Melanie Perkins of Canva, and Judy Faulkner of Epic. They’ve each built transformative companies that not only disrupted industries but also changed the way people think about what’s possible.
Weekends with my family. Running a fast-growing company is exhilarating, but nothing recharges me more than spending time with my parents, husband, and my daughter, Noa. Those moments remind me why I do what I do and keep me grounded.
I’m excited about the increasing role of AI in making healthcare more personalized, proactive, and efficient. At Spring Health, we’re already leveraging AI to enhance the provider experience and improve outcomes, and I believe we’re just scratching the surface of its potential. In 2025, I anticipate seeing even more breakthroughs in how AI can drive precision care, reduce barriers to access, and ultimately transform the healthcare experience.
