Sara Tate is the European Partner, Transformation Practice for TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, a purposeful growth brand consultancy that delivers premium strategic services blending commercial creativity, inspirational narrative and actionable application. Under her
leadership, the Transformation Practice accelerates organizational change to drive growth, by focusing on people, not just processes, to unlock behavior change at a fundamentally human level. Working with global organizations like PepsiCo and Mars she has inspired change with a purposeful vision for marketing.

An award-winning strategist and business leader, Sara was formerly CEO of TBWA London, where she led an agency turnaround delivering four years of margin and revenue growth and winning a Cannes Grand Prix in 2021. With an obsession with what
makes people tick, she has over the past two decades, worked in and led some of the world's most creative agencies, including BBH, Mother and TBWA.

Her time at TBWA crystallized her interest in how people deal with change and transformation, and she co-authored a book focused on rebuilding. The Rebuilders: Going from setback to comeback in business and beyond, explores rebuilding everything from failing enterprises to life after prison. Sara is also an accredited Executive Coach, a vocal advocate for gender equality in business and has been recognized for her progressive leadership approach, featuring on the Timewise Power List, as well as being voted Best
Leader in Marketing by Women in Marketing Awards and has won Campaign's Female Frontier Award.
