As the founder of Future Forward, a strategy firm and research Institute, Dr. Jackson has worked with entrepreneurs, F100s, philanthropists and policymakers on the ever changing future of work. She also serves as lecturer on entrepreneurship in education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education. She previously served as the Chief Ecosystem Investment Officer at Kapor Enterprises, Managing Partner at New Profit, and was herself an entrepreneur, founding the Global Language Project. As a leading voice in the future of work space, she has deep knowledge of technological trends that are transforming organizations and human capital infrastructure necessary for corporations to maintain competitiveness.
